My research tells me that the Revlon Candid foundation was actually released in late 2018, so it’s not entirely new…but relatively new enough I guess to warrant Revlon including *New* on the packaging. I have to be honest, I hated the original Revlon Candid Foundation, but I'm all about the glow, so a more luminous version definitely appeals to me.
